This reminds me of the old joke.

My doctor told me I had to give up half my sex life, so I asked him, "Which half - thinking about it or bragging about it?"

To be honest, I brag more than I do. I write wonderful (at least I think so) stories about BDSM-erotic topics. They are about 90% a product of my imagination.

The other 10% is real. For a woman who spent the first 12 years of her education with nuns, Mrs. Mule has come a long way. She is willing to listen to any proposal. Sometimes she will even act on a proposal.

By now, those of you who read my posts know that I think she is a wonderful woman, and no amount (or lack) of kink will ever change that.

At the moment, it feels like all three simultaneously.  Still single, and still active in the local scene.  I still play with friends occasionally.  But finding someone is proving difficult since the Pittsburgh bdsm community is about 90% male-dominant/female-submissive, especially in the younger crowd.  

I'm sort of co-running a munch (TNG- the next generation, a group of generally in the 20-40-year-old age range) with a friend, since the people who used to run it are moving.  There's not much involved with that; no need for big government in a munch.  It pretty much runs itself.

The kids are going on sleepovers more often so we are playing more often.  Nothing like a childless house for an evening.

I hope so.  But most munches are pretty small, with 15-40 people at each.  I've been going to this munch for a few years, so I know everyone.  It's good to have some extra eyes looking out for you.  Right now, we're trying to draw more people in.  My best chance for finding someone seems to lie in bringing new people in because of the lack of female dominants (in my age range) in the local bdsm community.  We also just started doing newcomers' meetings for people who would be intimidated by going to a munch; they're just the two of us, meeting for coffee and inviting anyone who is curious or has questions to stop out for a while.  While my motives are partly selfish, I also enjoy helping new people step into the scene and come to terms with this side of themselves.

MK and i are good. Normal ebb and flow does apply, especially with pressures of work and school, but we do see to be on sort of a flow right now.(Flow being the good one in "ebb and flow")

Today is her birthday, so I'm busily making some sort of cake(i hope it turns out!) and dinner and what not.

Real time kink life has been on hold for a while, but now that my partner is recovered from his injury, we are easing back in.  Most recently we had our first office scene in my new office (after hours) in the storage room.  Very nice.  Just today bbenn emailed me that he made me a new paddle with my name carved on both sides.

I guess there are some advantages to having him between jobs, with access to a woodworking shop!

I've pretty much been busier than a one-armed paper hanger, and thankfully kink has figured into that. I'm blessed in having a couple of very regular play partners that keep the rough edges off of my urges so I don't wander out into the street and randomly assualt passers-by with my single tail. :lol:

Lovable youngster is home for the summer, so we have to be vewwy qwiet.  Pretty vanilla, but we talk kinky, does that count?  Anyway, the wonderful hubby was upset when he left marks that lasted several days, so I think he's not so interested in doing that again.  Just like Mule, it's a good thing we're madly in love.   :wink:

Mine's pretty much nonexistant.  I haven't seen my play partner in weeks.  And I dream of finding a kinky lover who doesn't live hundreds of miles away.  

All that being said, I've been looking up play parties in the area, and will definitely be going to at least one in the next couple of weeks.  I'm a little nervous, as I tend to to be very shy and not talk to people.  Keep your fingers crossed for me, y'all!
