I liked your disclaimer Richard "Don't take the question too literally", it made it easier to whittle down the list to that one treasured act.
For me it would be nipple clamps / clothespins.

Sir uses them both in our private play and when we are out.

I kicked, sorry, picked whipping because though I like it all there is just something about the whip that I really didn't understand until somebody handed me one.

Outside of that probably nipple play and genital kicking (ballbusting). I like these because they can be done anytime i.e. not in a scene and it gives my sadism somewhere to go when we're not 'scening' (gawd I hate that term, oh well...).

I picked whipping because OTK spanking isn't enough. I liked being spanked with a variety of objects - ruler, hand, hairbrush, paddle, cane, flogger, etc. Couldn't pick the cane because as much as I love it, I can only handle 2 or 3 strikes with it. We can go 1/2 hr with the other things in rotation.
